By creating a CupcakePass account or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use CupcakePass. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
CupcakePass is a subscription service that provides members with a 40% discount on cupcake and bakery orders. Members pay 60% of each order total; CupcakePass covers the remaining 40% via a virtual card issued for each transaction. The service works at any bakery or business that accepts card payments online or in-store.
CupcakePass is billed at $29.99 per month. Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month. There are no free trials. You will be charged on the day you subscribe and on each renewal date. All billing is handled by Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Each subscription period includes 30 treatment days. Days do not roll over between billing periods. Your day balance is consumed when you place orders according to the tier structure displayed in your account. CupcakePass reserves the right to modify the tier structure with 30 days notice.
Each approved order results in a virtual card loaded with the full order amount. Cards expire 15 minutes after issuance. Expired cards cannot be reloaded or reused. You must upload a receipt within 24 hours of each order. Orders without receipts may result in account suspension.
You may use CupcakePass only for personal, non-commercial cupcake and bakery purchases. You may not share your account, virtual cards, or day balance with others. You may not use CupcakePass for fraudulent orders, orders that do not reflect actual purchases, or orders at businesses you own or control.
We require identity verification before activating your subscription. You must provide accurate information and a valid government-issued ID. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
CupcakePass monitors for fraudulent activity including but not limited to: fake receipts, orders at non-existent businesses, orders that do not match receipts, and account sharing. Confirmed fraud results in immediate termination, forfeiture of remaining days, and potential legal action. We reserve the right to withhold payment on any order we reasonably suspect is fraudulent.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support@cupcakepass.com within 7 days of the charge.
CupcakePass is available in countries where Stripe supports payment processing, excluding sanctioned countries. We do not guarantee availability in all regions. We reserve the right to restrict availability at any time.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. CupcakePass may terminate your account for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. Upon termination, you lose access to your remaining day balance.
CupcakePass is not responsible for the quality of products ordered through the service, disputes with merchants, delivery failures, or any indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the current billing period.
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of CupcakePass after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
