CupcakePass subscription fees of $29.99/month are non-refundable. When you cancel your subscription, you retain access to CupcakePass until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.
We may issue a full or partial refund in the following circumstances: you were charged after cancelling your subscription due to a billing error; you were charged twice for the same billing period; your account was terminated by CupcakePass without cause. To request a refund under these circumstances, contact support@cupcakepass.com within 7 days of the charge with your account email and a description of the issue.
CupcakePass is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or fulfillment of orders placed at third-party bakeries. If a bakery fails to fulfill your order, contact the bakery directly. CupcakePass does not issue refunds for merchant errors, delivery failures, or product quality issues.
If you believe your CupcakePass account was used without your authorization, contact us immediately at support@cupcakepass.com. We will investigate and, if unauthorized use is confirmed, issue a refund for any charges incurred during the unauthorized period.
You may cancel your CupcakePass subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@cupcakepass.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your day balance and access to the service remain active until that date.
Email support@cupcakepass.com with the subject line "Refund Request". Include your account email address, the charge date, the amount, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting CupcakePass support may result in immediate account suspension. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing disputes before initiating a chargeback with your bank.
